Pancake Flight at Orange in Lincoln Park. Strawberry-thyme, Apricot-cardamom, raspberry-basil, blueberry-mango. All of them were really good, especially the apricot one.

Cheddar Nuggets. These are the most ridiculous cheese curds that I’ve ever had. Bigger than a golf ball. Guess that’s what you get in the middle of nowhere in Wisconsin.

Eating 2 and a half of these was a poor decision. But they were delicious.

Good night with good friends.  I’m really glad that The Ram decided to have AC tonight, as opposed to the last BU gathering when it was 95 outside and approximately 200 inside.
